Job Description:
We are seeking a high-caliber Digital Marketing Manager to serve as the chief engine for our brand’s online growth and market positioning. This is a 360-degree leadership role that requires a rare blend of creative vision and analytical grit. You won't just be "running ads"; you will be architecting long-term digital ecosystems that convert interest into revenue.
As a leader within the marketing function, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of our campaigns—from initial market research and budget allocation to SEO optimization and executive reporting. If you have 4+ years of experience managing multi-channel digital strategies and the leadership skills to align sales, product, and creative teams, we want you to lead our narrative.
Requirements:
1. Performance Architecture & Channel Management
Multi-Channel Mastery: Lead the execution of Google Ads, social media, and email marketing, ensuring each channel serves a specific stage of the customer journey.
SEO & Visibility: Drive organic growth through advanced Search Engine Optimization and high-value content strategies that position the brand as a thought leader.
Campaign Lifecycle: Oversee the planning, launching, and optimization of integrated campaigns across digital and print mediums to maximize ROI.
2. Data Intelligence & Market Strategy
Analytics & KPIs: Translate raw data into actionable insights, tracking key performance metrics to pivot strategies and improve future campaign performance.
Consumer Research: Conduct deep-dive market research to identify emerging trends, analyze competitor maneuvers, and refine target audience personas.
Budget Stewardship: Manage marketing funds with clinical precision, ensuring cost-effective execution and maximum impact for every naira spent.
3. Brand Governance & Leadership
Message Consistency: Serve as the guardian of the brand, ensuring a unified voice and positioning across all touchpoints and collaborations.
Cross-Functional Synergy: Collaborate with Sales and Product Development teams to ensure marketing efforts are perfectly aligned with business goals.
Team Mentorship: Lead, hire, and train a high-performing marketing team or external agencies, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Minimum of HND or B.Sc. degree.
Experience: At least 4 years of documented success in digital marketing, strategy development, or campaign management.
Leadership: Proven ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and high-stakes priorities under pressure.
Essential Skills
Analytical IQ: Expert-level ability to interpret data and measure campaign success via Google Analytics and other BI tools.
Creative Instinct: A strong eye for engaging content and the ability to develop concepts that resonate with modern consumers.
Project Management: Mastery of workflow tools and the ability to guide a project from "concept" to "conversion" without losing attention to detail.
