Job Description:
We are seeking a high-performing Customer Service Representative to join our fast-paced cryptocurrency exchange. In the world of digital assets, trust is our most valuable currency; you will be the guardian of that trust.
This is not a traditional call-center role. You will sit at the intersection of Customer Success and Financial Operations, responsible for managing real-time chat interactions while executing high-accuracy payment processing. Your goal is to provide a "zero-friction" experience, ensuring every transaction is validated, every delay is communicated, and every customer feels respected and heard. If you have experience in the crypto space and a talent for balancing empathy with technical precision, we want you to lead our front-line operations.
Requirements:
1. High-Velocity Communication & Engagement
Active Responsiveness: Acknowledge and address all customer inquiries promptly. We maintain a "No Message Left Behind" policy to ensure maximum satisfaction.
Proactive Engagement: Anticipate customer needs and provide calm, professional updates during network congestion or transaction delays to prevent frustration.
Sales Synergy: Collaborate with the Sales Team by stepping in to assist clients when response times lag, ensuring a seamless journey from lead to trade.
2. Crypto Operations & Payment Integrity
Precision Processing: Execute customer payments and crypto-related tasks with 100% accuracy and speed.
Transaction Workflow: Forward validated transactions to the pay group immediately to maintain our rapid settlement standards.
SOP Adherence: Strictly follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure every transaction meets our security and compliance benchmarks.
3. Conflict Resolution & Risk Management
Escalation Protocol: Identify sensitive or complex payment issues and escalate them to management immediately to mitigate risk.
Professional Composure: Maintain a calm, respectful, and assertive demeanor, even in high-pressure situations or when dealing with dissatisfied users.
Analytical Monitoring: Closely monitor assigned chat queues during shifts to spot trends, potential fraud, or systemic issues.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Minimum of an HND or BSc in any field.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Sales, Customer Service, or a related field.
Industry IQ: Direct experience working in a Cryptocurrency company is mandatory. You must understand basic blockchain transaction logic (confirmations, wallet addresses, etc.).
Core Competencies
Numerical Mastery: Exceptional accuracy when dealing with numbers and financial values.
Multitasking: The ability to manage multiple high-stakes chats and payment tasks simultaneously without dropping the ball.
Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, great attention to detail, and a high degree of assertiveness.
