As the face and the "engine" of our branch, you will manage the end-to-end client journey—from the first greeting to the final payment reconciliation. We are looking for a local expert who understands the Uyo metropolitan area intimately and possesses the professional grit to drive efficiency in a fast-paced environment. Requirements:
1. Relationship Management & Service Excellence
Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for all customers, embodying a professional, empathetic, and problem-solving character.
Service Delivery: Manage inquiries and resolve issues with the speed and "smart efficiency" expected in a reputable corporate environment.
Retention: Build long-term trust with clients through consistent follow-ups and personalized service.
2. Financial Stewardship & Accounting
Payment Processing: Accurate handling of daily financial transactions, invoicing, and receipting.
Account Reconciliation: Leverage your accounting experience to ensure all ledgers are balanced and financial records are error-free.
Reporting: Prepare daily and weekly financial summaries to provide management with a clear view of branch liquidity and performance.
3. Localized Operations
Territory Expertise: Utilize your deep knowledge of the Uyo metropolitan area to provide localized support, logistics coordination, or client directions.
Operational Agility: Maintain a high level of "street-smart" efficiency to navigate local market dynamics and business needs.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Experience: Proven experience as a Customer Service Officer in a reputable company is mandatory.
Accounting IQ: Demonstrated experience in accounting or bookkeeping; ability to manage figures with 100% accuracy.
