Job Description:
- We are actively seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in Ibadan.
- The ideal candidate will reside near Eleyele or Dugbe, be aged between 20 and 25 years, and possess intermediate computer skills.
- This role demands a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and the flexibility to work 12-hour rotational day and night shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with online transactions efficiently.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary to enhance service delivery.
- Adhere to organizational procedures, guidelines, and policies to maintain quality standards.
Requirements:
- A First Degree or equivalent qualification.
- Must reside in Ibadan, preferably near Jericho.
- Age requirement: 20 to 25 years.
- Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a 12-hour shift.
- Willingness to work rotational day and night shifts.
