Job Description:

Are you a solution-oriented professional with a passion for delivering world-class service? We are seeking a Customer Experience & CRM Associate to serve as the vital link between our brand and our diverse customer base. This is a high-visibility role across our major hubs in Lagos, Abuja, Kaduna, and Edo. You will move beyond traditional "customer care" to become a multi-channel strategist, managing sensitive data and complex transactions across live chat, social media, and CRM platforms. If you have a 2-year track record of turning inquiries into loyal relationships, we want you on our team.

Requirements:

1. Multi-Channel Engagement & Resolution

  • Platform Mastery: Manage and resolve customer inquiries across a 360-degree communication suite, including Live Chat, Phone, Email, and Social Media DMs.

  • Transactional Excellence: Handle the end-to-end lifecycle of orders, including processing refunds, facilitating exchanges, and troubleshooting delivery hurdles.

  • Brand Voice Advocacy: Maintain a consistent, professional, and empathetic tone across all platforms to ensure a premium customer experience.

2. CRM Administration & Data Governance

  • Database Management: Update and maintain sensitive customer information within the CRM, ensuring data integrity and high security standards.

  • Journey Tracking: Use CRM tools to track customer history, allowing for personalized support and faster resolution times.

  • Process Optimization: Identify recurring customer pain points and report them to management to help improve the overall service workflow.

Qualifications and Skills:

Academic & Professional Background

  • Education: BA/BSc/HND in any relevant field.

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in Customer Service or a CRM-focused role.

  • Location: Must be based in (or willing to work onsite in) Lagos, Abuja, Kaduna, or Edo.

Core Competencies

  • Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with CRM software and digital support tools (e.g., Zendesk, Zoho, Intercom, or similar).

  • Communication Finesse: Exceptional verbal and written English skills with the ability to handle difficult conversations with tact.

  • Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills, particularly regarding order logistics and sensitive data updates.

  • Typing Speed & Accuracy: Ability to manage multiple live chat windows simultaneously while maintaining data precision.

Salary

₦100,000 - ₦150,000/month
