Leather Spa Company Limited - We are a Leather restoration company that specialise in restoration of all genuine leather items. Our services include Colour Restoration, Cleaning and Conditioning, Stain Removal, Colour Change, Edging, Sole Change and Heel Change.

Job Description:

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries regarding products, services, and company policies.
• Process customer orders, payments, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints in a calm, professional, and timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales and customer service reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and high customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor`s Degree with 2 - 10 years experience.
