Job Description:
Skynet Worldwide Express Nigeria is seeking a vibrant, tech-savvy, and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our Ibadan branch. In this role, you will be the vital link between our customers and our logistics operations, ensuring that every shipment is handled with precision and every inquiry is resolved with speed. We aren't just looking for someone to answer phones; we need a problem-solver who can navigate our internal systems, manage the "last-mile" delivery expectations of our clients, and support the operations team in maintaining Skynet’s global standards of excellence.
Requirements:
1. Service Excellence & Client Relations
The Face of Skynet: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers in Ibadan, handling inquiries, providing shipping quotes, and tracking packages with professional poise.
Conflict Resolution: Utilize advanced problem-solving skills to address delivery delays or service issues, turning potential frustrations into positive customer experiences.
Proactive Communication: Keep clients updated on their shipment status, ensuring transparency throughout the logistics lifecycle.
2. Operational Support & Systems Management
Digital Fluency: Master Skynet’s internal logistics software to input data, generate waybills, and update tracking information accurately.
Ops Collaboration: Work side-by-side with the operations team to ensure that packages are processed efficiently and that courier schedules align with customer requests.
Documentation: Ensure all shipping documents and manifest records are kept orderly and compliant with company standards.
3. Branch Coordination & Performance
Ibadan Hub Support: Contribute to the smooth running of the Ibadan branch by maintaining a tidy workspace and assisting in administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:
Academic & Gender Mandate
Education: Young Graduate (B.Sc/HND) with no more than 3 years post-graduation experience.
Gender: Female (for gender balance within the current team structure).
Location: Candidates must reside in Ibadan. Proximity to the branch is a key requirement for operational efficiency.
