Job Description:
- The Customer Experience Officer is responsible for managing the end-to-end customer journey, ensuring service excellence, resolving escalations, and maintaining consistent service standards across all customer touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer experience from enquiry through event execution
- Handle customer complaints and escalations professionally
- Coordinate with operations, logistics, and venue teams
- Monitor service quality and customer satisfaction
- Gather customer feedback and prepare service improvement reports
- Ensure adherence to company service standards
- Support monthly and annual sales targrts
Requirements:
- OND / HND / BSc in a relevant field
- Experience in customer service, hospitality, or service operations is an advantage
- Strong professional presence and service mindset
- Must Stay in close proximity to Ikeja

Salary
