Job Description:
- On-boarding of new customers and retention of existing ones
- Growing the bank’s loan portfolio and deposit mobilization.
- Maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing customers to ensure consistent portfolio growth.
- Documentation, evaluation, and processing of loan applications for management approval.
- Driving the achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly caseload and disbursement targets.
- Post-disbursement loan monitoring and ensuring prompt repayment.
- Ensuring full compliance with the bank’s credit policy.
- Prompt recovery of loans in arrears, ensuring the set limits are not exceeded.
Requirements:
- Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor’s Degree
- 1– 2 years work experience.
- Must have good computer knowledge
- Must have good communication skills (Verbal and Written)
- Interpersonal relationship-building,
- Great negotiationskills
- Problemsolving, attention to detail, integrity, entrepreneurship mindset.
