Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and commercially minded Client Service Executive to bridge the gap between our clients' ambitions and our agency’s creative output. In this role, you will be the "Face of the Agency," responsible for nurturing long-term relationships, translating complex briefs into actionable strategies, and ensuring the flawless execution of multi-channel campaigns. The ideal candidate is a strategic storyteller who can manage cross-functional teams, navigate high-stakes negotiations, and identify untapped growth opportunities within their portfolio to drive both client and agency success.
Requirements:
1. Account Leadership & Relationship Management
Primary Liaison: Serve as the central point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring consistent, high-touch service and professional etiquette.
Relationship Architect: Proactively build and maintain deep, trust-based partnerships with key stakeholders to drive client retention.
Conflict Resolution: Manage client feedback and escalations with a solution-oriented approach, maintaining professionalism under pressure.
2. Strategic Briefing & Campaign Oversight
Strategic Translation: Convert client objectives into clear, inspiring creative and media briefs that align internal teams with the client’s vision.
Operational Excellence: Oversee campaign timelines, milestones, and final deliverables to ensure projects are on-brand, on-time, and on-budget.
Inter-Departmental Synergy: Collaborate with Strategy, Creative, and Media teams to develop integrated proposals and campaign blueprints.
3. Growth, Analytics & Business Development
Performance Insight: Monitor campaign KPIs, share data-driven insights, and provide strategic recommendations to optimize future performance.
Account Growth: Identify organic opportunities to expand accounts through the upselling of specialized services and the cross-selling of new agency capabilities.
Networking: Support the agency’s business development efforts through professional networking and client referrals.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education & Experience
Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, PR, or a related field.
Professional Tenure: 3–5 years of experience in a client-facing role, specifically within an advertising, marketing, or media agency environment.
Track Record: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple high-tier accounts simultaneously.
Core Competencies
Communication: Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills; ability to "sell" a creative concept or strategy.
Negotiation: Strong ability to manage client expectations while protecting agency margins and creative integrity.
Project Management: Highly organized with a methodical approach to tracking deliverables and deadlines.
