Job Description:

• Multimedia Production: Capture high-quality photography and videography during field outreaches, projects, and corporate events.

• Documentary Editing: Edit raw outreach footage into long-form, documentary-style videos that tell clear and emotionally resonant stories of our impact.

• Social Media Management: Manage all PGWF digital platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, etc.), including content planning, scheduling, and community management.

• Content Strategy: Create short-form viral content and graphics tailored for high engagement and audience growth.

• Data-Driven Growth: Monitor analytics and insights to measure content performance and implement data-driven improvements to the digital strategy.

• Brand Advocacy: Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and develop creative ideas to communicate PGWF’s mission and project goals.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with program and operations teams to ensure all media content aligns with specific project objectives.

Requirements:

• Social Media Mastery: Proven experience managing professional social media accounts with measurable results in growth and engagement.

• Video Editing Skills: Proficiency in shooting and editing both long-form narrative and short-form social content (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut).

• Storytelling Ability: A strong portfolio showing an ability to create narrative-driven content that communicates emotion and social impact.

• Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of social media algorithms, current trends, and performance optimization tools.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Media Arts, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
