Job Description:

• We are seeking to engage a Social Media Manager who is strategic, creative, and data-driven. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing brand presence across social media platforms, creating engaging content, driving audience growth, and ensuring consistent brand communication online.
• You must have a strong understanding of social media trends, platform algorithms, content planning, and community management, with the ability to translate brand objectives into compelling digital conversations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand and campaign objectives.
• Plan, create, and manage engaging content across platforms including Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, TikTok, and others as required.
• Collaborate with the Creative Team (Copywriters, Designers, Art Directors) to produce high-quality visual and written content.
• Manage daily posting schedules, community engagement, and audience interactions.
• Monitor social media performance using analytics tools and prepare performance reports.
• Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.
• Respond promptly and professionally to comments, messages, and inquiries.
• Ensure brand tone, voice, and messaging remain consistent across all platforms.
• Support campaign execution, launches, and digital activations.

Requirements:

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 3–4 years experience in social media management within a creative, advertising, or marketing agency.
• Proven experience managing brand accounts and growing online communities.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics.
• Excellent communication, copywriting, and content planning skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Attention to detail, creativity, and strong organisational skills.
• Portfolio or links to managed social media pages is an added advantage.
