Job Description:
We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Brand, Media, and Communications Manager to act as the primary architect of our brand’s public identity. This management role requires a rare blend of high-level strategy and hands-on technical execution. You will not only lead the overarching communications vision but also roll up your sleeves to oversee video production, content writing, and PR campaigns. A key focus will be supporting our technological evolution, including the launch and growth of our mobile application. Requirements:
1. Brand Architecture & Strategy
Unified Vision: Design and lead the company’s brand and media strategy, ensuring a consistent identity across all digital and traditional touchpoints.
Tech-Launch Support: Develop high-impact go-to-market strategies for product milestones and mobile app launches to drive user acquisition and retention.
Market Alignment: Collaborate with Tech, Product, and Sales teams to ensure the brand voice evolves in tandem with our product capabilities.
2. Multimedia Content & Production Oversight
End-to-End Production: Oversee the full content lifecycle, including professional video shooting, editing, motion graphics, and high-fidelity photography.
Omnichannel Growth: Drive viral and organic engagement across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube through platform-specific storytelling.
Content Quality Control: Act as the final gatekeeper for all written and visual output, ensuring excellence in grammar, tone, and visual aesthetics.
3. Public Relations & Reputation Management
PR & Media Relations: Manage the company’s relationship with the press and industry influencers to secure earned media and thought-leadership opportunities.
Corporate Communications: Draft and oversee high-stakes corporate messaging, press releases, and internal communications.
Crisis Management: Monitor brand sentiment and proactively manage the company’s reputation during sensitive market shifts or service issues.
4. Team Leadership & Data Analytics
Mentorship: Supervise and inspire the creative and media teams, fostering a culture of innovation, speed, and technical precision.
Data-Driven Insights: Monitor campaign performance using advanced analytics, converting raw data into actionable strategies for the next creative cycle.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Background
Academic Background: Bachelor’s Degree (BSc) in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
Experience: Proven track record in Brand Management and Digital Marketing, with specific experience in Technology companies or Mobile App launches.
Technical Mastery: Hands-on proficiency in video production/editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut) and professional content writing.
Core Competencies
Strategic Thinking: Ability to see the "big picture" while managing the fine details of a video shoot or a PR release.
Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage and grow a diverse team of creatives, copywriters, and media specialists.
