Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Chief of Staff to anchor the strategic and operational engine of our GCEO’s office. In a specialized health-tech and logistics landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the life-saving delivery and the precision of the supply-demand alignment success is defined by "Strategic Sovereignty" the ability to harmonize visionary goals with the clinical precision required for Logistics Optimization, Revenue Performance, and Cross-Functional Accountability. This role is designed for an "Operational Architect" specifically a leader with 4 to 6 years of experience in high-growth startups or consulting who can blend "Tactical Grit" (rigorous follow-up and bottleneck resolution) with the "Strategic Agility" required to execute Investor Deliverables and City-Level Expansions.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Performance Governance

• Sovereignty of the Vision: Translate the GCEO’s vision into actionable high-fidelity plans across operations and growth, acting as the primary "Source of Strategic Translation."

• KPI Architecture: Track and drive execution of revenue goals, delivery timelines, and fulfillment rates, providing the "Structural Foundation" for measurable business success.

• Integrity Stewardship: Identify performance gaps and drive corrective action across internal teams, ensuring the "Source of Institutional Accountability" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Logistics Logic

• Efficiency Sovereignty: Work with operations and supply teams to improve turnaround times and distribution, acting as the primary "Source of Delivery Momentum."

• Supply-Demand Architecture: Ensure seamless alignment between hospitals (demand) and blood banks/vendors (supply), providing the "Functional Foundation" for medical availability.

• Bottleneck Stewardship: Systematically identify and eliminate supply chain delays, maintaining the "Source of Service Reliability."

3. Operational Integrity & Executive Power

• Decision Sovereignty: Prepare dashboards, briefing materials, and data-driven reports for the GCEO, acting as the primary "Source of Decision-Support Intelligence."

• Project Architecture: Lead special initiatives including city expansions, grant funding, and investor reporting, providing the "Relational Foundation" for stakeholder trust.

• Velocity Logic: Utilize 4–6 years of specialized Strategy/Operations expertise to accelerate the "Concept-to-Execution" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Health-Tech Throughput."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Health, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience: 4 – 6 years in operations, strategy, consulting, or a fast-growing startup environment.

• Sector Intelligence: Experience in Health-Tech, Logistics, or Supply Chain is a distinct advantage.

• Technical Power: Deep problem-solving ability with a high-fidelity, data-driven mindset.
