Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Human Resources Officer to anchor the operational engine of our organization in Surulere. In a specialized professional landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the resolution and the precision of the record, success is defined by "Human Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize human capital management with the clinical precision required for End-to-End Recruitment, Employee Relations, and Regulatory Compliance. This role is designed for an "Organizational Architect" who can blend "Administrative Grit" (maintaining high-fidelity personnel records and databases) with the "Strategic Agility" required to execute Performance Appraisals and Nigerian Labor Law Adherence.
Requirements:
1. Orchestration & Talent Governance
Sovereignty of the Lifecycle: Support end-to-end recruitment and onboarding with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Talent Integration."
Record Architecture: Maintain and update employee databases and HR records, providing the "Structural Foundation" for data-driven personnel management.
Integrity Stewardship: Assist in implementing HR policies and ensuring compliance, ensuring the "Source of Regulatory Safety" is elite and uncompromised.
2. Tactical Resilience & Performance Logic
Performance Sovereignty: Provide support in the appraisal and performance management processes, acting as the primary "Source of Productivity Oversight."
Engagement Architecture: Handle employee queries and support engagement initiatives, providing the "Functional Foundation" for institutional culture and morale.
Development Stewardship: Support learning and development activities, maintaining the "Source of Continuous Professional Growth."
3. Operational Integrity & Administrative Power
Fiscal Sovereignty: Assist with payroll coordination and benefits administration, acting as the primary "Source of Compensation Accuracy."
Documentation Architecture: Prepare high-fidelity HR reports and documentation as required, providing the "Relational Foundation" for management decision-making.
Velocity Logic: Utilize Specialized HR Expertise to accelerate the "Inquiry-to-Resolution" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Administrative Throughput."
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Possession of relevant qualifications in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Proven relevant experience as an HR Generalist or Officer.
Technical Power: Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and a strong knowledge of HR Principles.
Location: Must be based in or able to operate from Surulere, Lagos.
Salary: ₦200,000 per month.
