Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite NYSC HR Intern to anchor the talent engine of Talenture Group. In a specialized professional landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the hire and the precision of the onboarding success is defined by "Operational Sovereignty" the ability to harmonize recruitment support with the clinical precision required for Talent Sourcing, Candidate Communication, and Employee Engagement. This role is designed for an "Organizational Architect" specifically a proactive Corps Member who can blend "Administrative Grit" (maintaining HR documentation and coordinating interviews) with the "Interpersonal Agility" required to execute Daily HR Operations and Onboarding Workflows.
Requirements:
1. Orchestration & Talent Governance
Sovereignty of the Source: Support recruitment and talent sourcing with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of High-Quality Pipelines."
Onboarding Architecture: Assist with the integration of new hires and HR documentation, providing the "Structural Foundation" for a seamless employee experience.
Integrity Stewardship: Contribute to daily HR operations, ensuring the "Source of Institutional Order" is elite and uncompromised.
2. Tactical Resilience & Communication Logic
Coordination Sovereignty: Manage interview scheduling and candidate communication, acting as the primary "Source of Relational Professionalism."
Documentation Architecture: Maintain and organize vital employee records, providing the "Functional Foundation" for audit-ready HR administration.
Engagement Stewardship: Support employee engagement initiatives, maintaining the "Source of Vibrant Workplace Culture."
3. Operational Integrity & Influence Power
Relational Sovereignty: Utilize strong interpersonal skills to interact with diverse talent, acting as the primary "Source of Brand Representation."
Systemic Architecture: Apply proactive and detail-oriented logic to HR tasks, providing the "Relational Foundation" for modern talent management.
