Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite HR Administrative Officer to anchor the operational engine of our firm in Lagos. In a specialized corporate landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the hire and the precision of the administrative workflow success is defined by "Organizational Sovereignty" the ability to harmonize HR strategy with the clinical precision required for Policy Implementation, Talent Acquisition, and Complex Logistical Coordination. This role is designed for an "Administrative Architect" specifically a professional with at least one year of experience who can blend "HR Grit" (conducting onboarding and maintaining employee records) with the "Operational Agility" required to execute Travel Management and Executive Reporting.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Strategy Governance

  • Sovereignty of the Strategy: Plan and implement the overall HR strategy and procedural policies, acting as the primary "Source of Institutional Frameworks."

  • Acquisition Architecture: Support the recruitment lifecycle and talent acquisition processes, providing the "Structural Foundation" for team expansion.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: B.Sc or HND in a relevant field.
