Job Description:

trategic Growth & Business Development

  • Market Expansion: Develop and execute comprehensive business development plans to enter new markets and identify untapped opportunities.

  • Lead Acquisition: Proactively generate high-quality leads and convert prospects through sophisticated negotiation and relationship management.

  • Partnerships: Identify, negotiate, and maintain strategic alliances with key stakeholders and industry partners to drive mutual growth.

  • Tendering & Pitches: Lead the creation of winning business proposals, pitch decks, and professional presentations for high-stakes meetings.

Marketing & Brand Management

  • Campaign Oversight: Manage end-to-end marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels to boost brand equity and visibility.

  • Market Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive market research and competitor analysis to ensure our products/services remain ahead of industry trends.

  • Performance Analytics: Track and analyze the ROI of marketing initiatives, using data-driven insights to optimize spending and campaign effectiveness.

Leadership & Coordination

  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Product teams to ensure business development activities are synchronized with company capacity.

  • Team Mentorship: Supervise and mentor junior sales and marketing staff, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous learning.

  • Brand Representation: Serve as the face of the company at industry events, conferences, and high-level networking activities.

Requirements:

  • Result-Oriented: A proven track record of delivering measurable revenue growth under pressure.

  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to translate complex market data into actionable business strategies.

  • Independence: Highly self-motivated and capable of working with minimal supervision to meet deadlines.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (An MBA or Master’s degree is a significant advantage).

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years post-NYSC experience in Marketing, Business Development, or Sales.

  • Age: Must be 26 years or older.

  • Technical Savvy: Solid experience with Digital Marketing tools, CRM software, and performance analytics.

  • Soft Skills: Exceptional negotiation, persuasion, and C-suite presentation abilities.
