We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• Build scalable financial systems, processes, and controls to support growth from $X to $Y in revenue
• Oversee all financial operations: accounting, tax, treasury, audit, and compliance
• Implement and manage a best-in-class FP&A function to drive forecasting, budgeting, and business intelligence
• Lead financial due diligence and integration for potential M&A activities.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to department heads, providing data-driven insights on unit economics, ROI, and resource allocation
• Develop KPIs and dashboards that provide real-time visibility into business performance
• Model complex business scenarios to guide pricing, new market entry, and product investment decisions
• Identify and mitigate financial risks across the organization.

Requirements:

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's / Master`s Degree with 7 - 13 years experience.
