Job Description:
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Change & Adoption Officer to serve as the critical link between our AI technical deployments and tangible business value. In many organizations, AI remains a "black box" or a pilot project; your mission is to turn our AI initiatives into an institutionalized competitive advantage.
You will own the "Human Side of AI." This role isn't just about training; it is about architecting the cultural and operational shifts necessary for employees to embrace AI-driven decision-making. By linking usage metrics directly to financial outcomes, you will ensure our AI investments translate into measurable productivity gains and revenue growth.
Requirements:
1. Change Strategy & Stakeholder Architecture
Adoption Roadmap: Develop and execute comprehensive change management plans (utilizing Prosci/ADKAR frameworks) to minimize resistance during AI platform rollouts.
Champion Networks: Build and lead a high-impact network of "AI Super-Users" across departments to drive localized advocacy and data-driven experimentation.
Strategic Communication: Translate complex machine learning concepts into targeted, "what’s-in-it-for-me" narratives for both technical and non-technical audiences.
2. Performance Intelligence & Adoption Analytics
KPI Definition: Define and monitor a sophisticated suite of adoption metrics, including Feature Usage Frequency, Session Depth, and User Proficiency Scores.
Dashboard Governance: Establish real-time visibility into AI tool utilization across business units using tools like Power BI or Tableau.
Qualitative Pulse Checks: Conduct regular sentiment analysis and user interviews to identify friction points and psychological barriers to AI adoption.
3. Value Itemization & ROI Realization
Value Hypothesis: Partner with Finance and Product leads to quantify the "Value Hypothesis" for AI—linking specific features to cost savings, risk reduction, or productivity gains.
Optimization Playbook: Lead post-implementation reviews to document success stories and scale high-value AI use cases across the enterprise.
Continuous Intervention: Analyze the gap between expected vs. achieved outcomes, developing "micro-interventions" (workflow tweaks, targeted guides) to improve the ROI curve.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Psychology, or Technology Management.
Experience: 5+ years in Change Management or Digital Transformation. Direct experience with AI/ML or SaaS adoption is highly preferred.
Certification: Certified in a recognized methodology such as Prosci (ADKAR).
Analytical IQ: Proficient in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and adoption platforms.
Core Competencies
Technical Translator: Ability to bridge the gap between Data Scientists and Executive Leadership.
Agile Fluency: Understanding of Agile project delivery and Product Management principles.
Commercial Acumen: Strong experience in developing business cases and quantifying financial value.
