Job Description:
Financial & Cash Management
Transaction Processing: Receive and verify all payment types (Cash, POS, Transfers), ensuring accurate receipting and real-time recording in the location’s digital sheets and drives.
Daily Reconciliation: Perform comprehensive close-of-business reconciliations to ensure physical cash/bank balances match recorded sales.
Partnership Oversight: Validate and document sales transactions with key partners (e.g., LAPO, Grooming), ensuring all disbursements are error-free and supported by valid paperwork.
Expense Tracking: Maintain an airtight record of branch-level petty cash and operational expenses, backed by verifiable evidence and documentation.
Inventory Control & Warehousing
Stock Accountability: Maintain the "single source of truth" for all stock received, issued, or transferred. Conduct regular physical counts and reconcile them against digital registers.
Documentation Lifecycle: Ensure every product movement is supported by signed SIVs (Stock Issue Vouchers), delivery notes, or transfer forms.
Stock Level Optimization: Monitor inventory velocity and trigger timely replenishment requests to prevent stockouts while ensuring the storage area meets safety and organization standards.
Returns & Warranty: Track defective or returned items, coordinating with the Engineering team to ensure prompt repair, documentation, and return to customers.
Operational Integrity & Collaboration
Audit Readiness: Maintain up-to-date, organized records of all sales and stock history for internal and external audits.
Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate with the Sales, Logistics, and Partnership Accounting teams to validate disbursements and verify supply quantities against orders.
Customer Relations: Provide professional, polite, and efficient service to walk-in dealers, partners, and customers.
Requirements:

An Eye for Detail: Ability to spot discrepancies in complex stock movements or financial logs.
Discipline: Strict adherence to corporate financial policies and operational workflows.
Presentation: Maintain a clean, professional, and neatly attired appearance at all times.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: HND or B.Sc. Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 3–5 years of professional experience in a combined cashiering and inventory role, preferably within a retail or partnership-driven environment.
Technical Skills: Must be highly Computer Literate with advanced proficiency in MS Excel and digital record-keeping (Google Sheets/Shared Drives).
Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly with diverse teams (Technicians, Sales Officers, Partner Reps).
