Job Description:
- Manage daily cash inflows and outflows; prepare accurate cash and expense reports.
- Record and reconcile all payments, receipts, and petty cash transactions.
- Support attendance tracking and administrative reporting.
- Assist the Training Coordinator with trainee registration and record management.
- Maintain proper filing, documentation, and general office organization.
- Handle office correspondence, email management, and basic record keeping.
- Support cash flow monitoring and provide management with weekly summaries.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: OND / HND / B.Sc. in Accounting, Business Administration, Office Management, or a related discipline.
- Previous experience in a cashier or administrative role is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and email communication.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.
- Must reside in or around Sango-Ota, Alakuko (Lagos), Ojuore Ota, or nearby environs.
