Job Description:

  • Manage daily cash inflows and outflows; prepare accurate cash and expense reports.
  • Record and reconcile all payments, receipts, and petty cash transactions.
  • Support attendance tracking and administrative reporting.
  • Assist the Training Coordinator with trainee registration and record management.
  • Maintain proper filing, documentation, and general office organization.
  • Handle office correspondence, email management, and basic record keeping.
  • Support cash flow monitoring and provide management with weekly summaries.

Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: OND / HND / B.Sc. in Accounting, Business Administration, Office Management, or a related discipline.
  • Previous experience in a cashier or administrative role is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and email communication.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.
  • Must reside in or around Sango-Ota, Alakuko (Lagos), Ojuore Ota, or nearby environs.
