We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Description:
- We are seeking a highly experienced, strategic, and execution-driven Head of Marketing & Growth to oversee all marketing, digital growth, and brand visibility across every Innovasol division and brand.
- This role combines digital marketing leadership with content direction, performance marketing, and campaign execution. You will be responsible for setting company-wide marketing strategy, driving revenue-supporting initiatives, and ensuring all marketing efforts are measurable, aligned, and results-oriented.
- This is a senior leadership role reporting directly to the Business Operations Manager. You will oversee social media, paid advertising, sales funnels, email marketing, campaign launches, and brand messaging across Innovasol’s travel, lifestyle, media, and impact brands.
- Most Innovasol brands serve a U.S.-based and international audience. Experience marketing to U.S. consumers is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
Company-Wide Marketing Leadership:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and growth strategies across all Innovasol brands
- Set quarterly and annual marketing direction aligned with revenue targets
- Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and digital presence
- Lead campaign planning for travel launches, youth programs, digital products, and new brand rollouts
- Ensure marketing supports bookings, partnerships, and overall business growth
Paid Advertising & Performance Marketing:
- Manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Google
- Oversee ad creatives, targeting, A/B testing, and budget allocation
- Monitor and optimize key metrics including CPL, CTR, ROAS, and conversions
- Build and optimize high-converting sales funnels
- Ensure all campaigns are data-driven and performance-focused
Email Marketing & Automation:
- Design and oversee email marketing campaigns and automation systems (ManyChat, Flodesk and MORE)
- Build lead capture flows and automated sequences
- Manage list segmentation and audience targeting
- Monitor open rates, click-through rates, and conversion performance
- Ensure seamless integration between ads, landing pages, and automation tools
Social Media & Content Direction:
- Oversee social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Threads, Facebook, and Pinterest etc
- Approve content direction before publishing
- Align social media campaigns with business goals
- Maintain content calendars and campaign rollout schedules
- Collaborate with creative teams to ensure content supports funnels and launches
- Stay updated on platform trends and algorithm changes
Creative & Brand Oversight:
- Ensure consistency in messaging across ads, email, website, and organic content
- Provide clear creative briefs for visuals and copy
- Create marketing decks, landing pages, and campaign materials before launch
- Maintain high brand standards across all channels
- Develop marketing decks for partnerships, investor discussions, and new brand introductions
- Review branded documents, marketing decks, videos, landing pages, and campaign materials before launch
Tracking & Reporting:
- Monitor weekly marketing performance
- Prepare monthly analytics and growth reports
- Track engagement, leads, bookings, conversions, and ROI
- Identify growth opportunities and implement improvements proactively
Requirements:
- 5+ years of proven digital marketing and growth experience
- Demonstrated success managing paid advertising, funnels, and email automation
- Strong understanding of U.S. consumer behavior and digital engagement standards
- Experience managing multi-brand marketing environments
- Advanced knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and performance analytics
- Experience with email platforms such as Flodesk, ConvertKit, Mailchimp, or similar
- Strong copywriting and strategic communication skills
- Ability to lead marketing execution while remaining hands-on
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Key Requirements:
- Must be able to work in our Ikate / Lekki Phase 1 Office (Freedom Way)
- Some positions may transition to a hybrid schedule after a 3 month probation & demonstrated ability to work independently from home.
- Must have a flexible work schedule, and must be available to work US hours and weekends as needed.
- Must be creative, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Salary and Benefits
- Competitive salary (N400,000 - N450,000 per month) based on senior-level experience; flexible ± depending on qualifications.
