Job Description:
We are seeking a sophisticated, articulate, and highly organized Receptionist to anchor our front-of-house operations in Lagos. In a professional corporate environment, success is defined by "First-Contact Excellence", the ability to project the company’s values through impeccable etiquette while maintaining a high-velocity administrative workflow. This role is designed for a "Communication Specialist" with a B.Sc. or HND who can blend "Professional Poise" with the "Multitasking Grit" required to manage phone traffic, visitor logistics, and internal filing systems.
Your mission is to ensure "Seamless Visitor Integration and Flawless Administrative Support." You will be the primary face of the organization: responsible for directing high-level correspondence, scheduling key appointments, and serving as a proactive filter for incoming inquiries. If you possess "Exceptional Interpersonal Etiquette," proficiency in Microsoft Office, and reside within the Festac, Ago-Okota, or Amuwo axis, we want you to drive our operational excellence.
Requirements:
1. Guest Relations & Brand Advocacy
Visitor Stewardship: Welcome and attend to clients and visitors with genuine warmth and professional poise, ensuring their first impression of the brand is one of excellence.
Inquiry Management: Act as the primary filter for phone traffic, directing calls to the appropriate departments with "Zero-Error" accuracy.
Environment Maintenance: Ensure the reception area reflects a high professional standard, maintaining a neat, welcoming, and organized space.
2. Administrative Logistics & Record Governance
Documentation Mastery: Maintain and organize office records and filing systems to ensure rapid information retrieval and audit-readiness.
Correspondence Oversight: Manage the intake and dispatch of all physical and digital correspondence, ensuring time-sensitive documents reach their destination promptly.
Schedule Coordination: Support management by scheduling appointments and facilitating meeting logistics to ensure a smooth daily calendar.
3. Office Synergy & Resource Support
Technical Proficiency: Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) to draft professional memos, track visitor logs, and assist with basic reporting.
Multitasking Agility: Handle competing demands—such as a ringing phone and an arriving guest—with calm, professional efficiency.
Proactive Assistance: Identify administrative bottlenecks at the front desk and suggest improvements to enhance the visitor experience.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Must be a Graduate (B.Sc. / HND) in any field.
Location: Candidates must reside within the Amuwo Odofin, Ago-Okota, or Festac axis for operational proximity.
Technical Mastery: Good computer skills with a focus on Microsoft Office Suite and basic digital office tools.
