Job Description:

We are seeking a high-caliber and process-driven Personal Assistant / Administration Manager to lead our daily support operations in Lagos. In a fast-paced corporate environment, success is defined by "Administrative Fluidity", the ability to oversee multi-departmental support teams while simultaneously engineering the most efficient operational procedures. This role is designed for a "Leadership Generalist" who can blend "Executive Advocacy" with the "Operational Grit" required to discover and implement innovative ways to optimize business output.

Your mission is to ensure "Seamless Departmental Support and Optimized Administrative Governance." You will be the primary architect of office efficiency: responsible for leading a team of professionals, enforcing departmental policies, and acting as a high-level liaison for executive needs. If you possess "Organizational Mastery," exceptional communication skills, and a proactive mindset toward process improvement, we want you to drive our operational excellence.

Requirements:

1. Administrative Architecture & Process Engineering

  • Procedure Optimization: Plan and implement the most efficient administrative procedures across the company to reduce bottlenecks and enhance output.

  • Operational Oversight: Supervise daily support operations, ensuring that administrative duties across all departments are completed with "Zero-Error" precision.

  • Policy Stewardship: Maintain a deep understanding of departmental procedures and policies, ensuring consistent adherence throughout the organization.

2. Team Leadership & Talent Management

  • Professional Supervision: Lead and mentor a team of administrative professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.

  • Resource Allocation: Coordinate administrative duties across different departments, ensuring the right talent is assigned to the right tasks.

  • Efficiency Innovation: Actively discover and implement new methodologies to improve team performance and administrative speed.

3. Executive Advocacy & Communication Governance

  • Liaison Excellence: Serve as a high-level point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, utilizing excellent communication skills to navigate complex business interactions.
