Job Description:

We are seeking high-potential, ambitious Management Trainees to join our sales division. This is not just a sales role; it is a Leadership Incubator. Requirements:

1. Sales Engineering & Pipeline Growth

  • Opportunity Identification: Assist in mapping new market segments and developing business opportunities that align with our growth strategy.

  • Conversion Management: Support the senior sales team in the end-to-end sales cycle—from generating qualified leads and participating in high-stakes presentations to closing deals.

  • Strategic Presentations: Learn to articulate the company’s value proposition clearly, tailoring messages to solve specific client pain points.

2. Market Intelligence & Customer Advocacy

  • Trend Analysis: Conduct rigorous market research to identify industry shifts and competitor tactics, providing data-driven insights to the leadership team.

  • Relationship Stewardship: Manage the "Customer Lifecycle," ensuring that new and existing clients receive premium service and proactive follow-up.

  • Feedback Integration: Gather field-level customer insights to help refine our product offerings and improve our go-to-market strategies.

3. Operational Excellence & Reporting

  • Data Integrity: Maintain precise records of all customer interactions in the CRM, ensuring that the sales pipeline is transparent and accurate.

  • Performance Metrics: Prepare analytical daily and weekly sales reports, tracking your personal conversion rates and pipeline health against set targets.

  • Cross-Functional Rotation: Participate in rotations across different departments to understand the operational dependencies that drive successful sales delivery.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related social science field.

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of work experience (internships or NYSC experience counts).

  • Technical Savvy: High proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel for reporting and PowerPoint for presentations).
