Job Description:
We are seeking a versatile and highly organized Admin / Operations Manager to lead our day-to-day administrative and operational functions. This role is a hybrid of high-level facility management and project-based operational oversight. You will be the central point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders, including architects and engineers. Requirements:
Operational Oversight: Direct daily administrative activities and implement systems to enhance organizational efficiency.
Facility & Asset Management: Maintain oversight of office facilities, procurement of supplies, and vendor relationships.
Project Coordination: Act as a liaison between the organization and external professionals (architects, engineers, contractors). Review blueprints and operational plans to ensure successful project implementation.
Financial Stewardship: Monitor operational budgets, manage expenses, and oversee procurement processes to ensure cost optimization.
Team Leadership: Supervise administrative and operational teams. Review workloads to ensure performance targets are met and provide mentorship to staff.
Risk & Compliance: Identify potential project and operational risks, developing contingency plans to mitigate impact. Ensure all activities comply with company policy and local regulations.
Reporting: Prepare operational dashboards and status reports for top management, providing clear insights into progress and resource allocation.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
Experience: 5–7 years of progressive experience in administration, operations, or management. Experience in construction or project-heavy environments is highly valued.
Technical Mastery:
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and administrative management software.
Strong financial acumen, including budget management and contract negotiation.
