Job Description:
- Are you a highly organized, proactive, and discreet professional with a passion for supporting senior leadership?
- We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Managing Director, ensuring seamless coordination of activities, effective communication, and efficient management of priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Managing Director’s calendar, schedule meetings, coordinate appointments, and resolve scheduling conflicts.
- Screen, prioritize, and respond to emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the Managing Director.
- Draft, proofread, and prepare reports, presentations, letters, and other business documents.
- Coordinate meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and action tracking.
- Arrange domestic and international travel, accommodation, visa applications, and travel itineraries.
- Serve as a key point of contact between the Managing Director and internal/external stakeholders.
- Track projects, deadlines, and key deliverables, ensuring timely follow-up and execution.
- Manage confidential records, files, documents, and expense reports with accuracy and discretion.
- Coordinate logistics for company events, executive visits, and stakeholder engagements.
- Handle sensitive commercial, financial, and personnel information with the highest level of confidentiality.
- Support additional administrative and executive functions as assigned by the Managing Director.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in any relevant discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, manage multiple priorities, and work independently.
