Job Description:

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and tech-savvy Executive Assistant to act as the primary operational support for our executive team. In this role, you will be the "control center" for our daily operations, managing schedules, streamlining communications, and leveraging the latest AI and productivity tools to ensure maximum efficiency. We need an intentional, detail-oriented professional who can handle the fast-paced nature of our business while maintaining the highest levels of confidentiality and professional standard.

Requirements:

  • Calendar & Operations Management: Expertly manage executive calendars, appointments, and daily operational follow-ups.

  • Digital Organization: Maintain a flawless digital filing system using Google Drive and other cloud-based repositories.

  • Administrative & Financial Support: Assist with budget planning, expense reporting, and general administrative task execution.

  • Communication & Documentation: Prepare meeting notes, operational summaries, and task updates. Act as a communication bridge between the executive team and internal departments.

  • Productivity Optimization: Actively integrate AI tools and modern digital productivity systems into our daily workflows to save time and improve output quality.

  • Project Coordination: Monitor project timelines, track deadlines, and ensure that tasks are moving toward timely completion.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: University graduate (B.Sc./B.A./HND).

  • Technical Mastery:

    • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.

    • Advanced capability in calendar management and digital scheduling.

    • AI-Savvy: You must be familiar with and comfortable using modern AI-driven productivity tools.

  • Preferred Tools: Experience with Notion, Trello, Slack, or similar project management software is a significant plus.

  • Soft Skills:

    • Exceptional Organization: Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a high-speed environment.

    • Proactive Problem Solving: A "can-do" attitude that anticipates needs before they become urgent.

    • Communication: Strong verbal and written professional communication.

    • Discretion: A high level of maturity, professionalism, and commitment to confidentiality.

Salary

₦100,000 - ₦150,000/month
