Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Business Development Manager to anchor the hygiene and sanitation engine of our Lagos healthcare operations. In a specialized medical landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the procurement cycle and the precision of infection control success is defined by "Clinical Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize sanitation solutions with the clinical precision required for Hospitals, Laboratories, and Diagnostic Centres. This role is designed for a "Health-Systems Architect", specifically a Biological Science or Medical professional with 7+ years of experience who can blend "Clinical Grit" (onboarding infection control teams and clinicians) with the "Strategic Agility" required to manage a high-revenue sales pipeline across Lagos State.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Institutional Governance

  • Opportunity Sovereignty: Identify and develop new business leads within maternity clinics, dental offices, and diagnostic hubs, acting as the primary "Source of Market Penetration."

  • Stakeholder Architecture: Build high-fidelity relationships with procurement managers, facility heads, and pharmacists, providing the "Structural Foundation" for institutional trust.

2. Tactical Resilience & Conversion Logic

  • Pipeline Architecture: Manage a robust sales pipeline with millimetric focus to achieve revenue targets, providing the "Functional Foundation" for commercial growth in Lagos.

  • Visibility Stewardship: Increase product adoption across all healthcare tiers, maintaining the "Source of Brand Authority."

3. Operational Integrity & Intelligence Power

  • Market Sovereignty: Gather intelligence on customer needs and competitor activities within the Lagos axis, acting as the primary "Source of Strategic Insight."

  • Fulfilment Architecture: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and direct engagement, providing the "Relational Foundation" for high customer satisfaction.

  • Velocity Logic: Utilize 7+ years of B2B/Healthcare experience to accelerate the procurement-to-delivery cycle, maximizing the "Source of Revenue Throughput."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Microbiology, Biological Sciences, Medical Lab Science, Pharmacy, Public Health, or Chemistry.

  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years in institutional or B2B sales (Healthcare, Lab, or Hygiene sectors preferred).

  • Domain Mastery: Deep understanding of Lagos-specific procurement processes and healthcare environments.

  • Technical Power: Strong presentation, negotiation, and digital tool proficiency (CRM/e-commerce).
