Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite B2B Sales Executive to anchor the revenue engine of our textile enterprise. In a specialized industrial landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the contract and the precision of the bulk specification success is defined by "Textile Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize high-quality manufacturing with the clinical precision required for Government Contracting, Large Corporate Procurement, and Consultative Selling. This role is designed for a "Strategic Hunter" with 4–7 years of B2B experience who can blend "Negotiation Grit" (closing complex, high-value deals) with the "Strategic Agility" required to navigate regulated institutional environments and C-level relationships.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Strategic Governance

  • Account Sovereignty: Win and grow strategic accounts with large corporates and government contractors, acting as the primary "Source of Institutional Revenue."

  • Cycle Architecture: Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to post-sale management—providing the "Structural Foundation" for end-to-end client satisfaction.

  • Integrity Stewardship: Build and maintain high-fidelity C-level and procurement relationships, ensuring the "Source of Brand Trust" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Market Logic

  • Opportunity Sovereignty: Identify and qualify new business opportunities across target sectors, acting as the primary "Source of Pipeline Vitality."

  • Tender Architecture: Develop high-impact proposals and lead negotiation efforts for complex contracts, providing the "Functional Foundation" for high win rates.

3. Operational Integrity & Performance Power

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Textiles, or a related field.

  • Experience: Minimum 4–7 years of proven B2B sales experience (Hunter role).

  • Preferred Mastery: Demonstrated success in Bulk Volume Sales to corporates or government institutions.

  • Technical Power: Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
