Job Description:

• We are looking for a Business development Manager (BDM) who will be responsible for driving Assets Under Management (AUM) growth, new client acquisition,build strategic partnership and overall sales performance within an assigned geographic region.
• The role involves leading, coaching, and managing a team of Sales Executives (SEs) to achieve revenue targets while ensuring high productivity, market penetration, and customer satisfaction.
• The BDM will also play a key role in recruitment, training, team expansion, lead generation, and strategic execution, contributing directly to the company’s growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue and secure more business opportunities
• Own and deliver regional AUM growth and revenue target.
• Lead, develop, and optimize a high-performing team of Sales Executives
• Provide management with insight and recommendation to improve competitiveness
• Drive new client acquisition, strategic partnerships, and key growth initiatives
• Oversee talent planning, recruitment, and capability development within the region.

Requirements:

• B.Sc/HND in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline
• Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in business development leadership, preferably within Asset Management sector
• Strong leadership, people management, and coaching capabilities
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools, CRM systems and sales performance reporting.
