Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Business Strategy Manager to anchor the developmental engine of our group’s strategic vision. In a specialized corporate landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the market response and the precision of the business case success is defined by "Strategic Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize high-level group plans with the clinical precision required for Performance Analysis, Growth Identification, and Cross-Functional Synergy. This role is designed for a "Vision Architect", specifically a professional with an MBA and 5+ years of experience—who can blend "Analytical Grit" (conducting rigorous business case analysis) with the "Strategic Agility" required to provide high-fidelity support to the Board and senior leadership.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Group Governance

  • Vision Sovereignty: Support the development and execution of group-level strategic plans with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Strategic Direction."

  • Board Architecture: Provide strategic support and prepare high-fidelity board-level reports, providing the "Structural Foundation" for executive decision-making.

  • Integrity Stewardship: Ensure all special projects and initiatives align with overarching business objectives, ensuring the "Source of Group Intent" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Performance Logic

  • Analysis Sovereignty: Analyze business performance and identify areas for improvement, acting as the primary "Source of Corrective Insight."

  • Opportunity Architecture: Collaborate with business units to identify growth synergies and market developments, providing the "Functional Foundation" for corporate expansion.

  • Intelligence Stewardship: Monitor industry trends and competitor activity, maintaining the "Source of Competitive Agility."

3. Operational Integrity & Synergy Power

  • Collaborative Sovereignty: Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to deliver strategic objectives, acting as the primary "Source of Organizational Alignment."

  • Case Architecture: Conduct business case analysis and provide strategic recommendations to the Board, providing the "Relational Foundation" for capital allocation and project approval.

  • Velocity Logic: Utilize 5+ years of strategic planning experience to accelerate the "Insight-to-Action" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Strategic Throughput."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: MBA or equivalent advanced business experience preferred.

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in strategic planning, business analysis, or related fields.
