Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Sales Executive to anchor the revenue engine of Gafford Property and Homes Limited. In a specialized real estate landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the lead and the precision of the closing success is defined by "Conversion Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize field marketing with the clinical precision required for Negotiation, Lead Cultivation, and Client Retention. This role is designed for a "Deal Architect" who can blend "Tactical Grit" (generating leads through digital and field channels) with the "Strategic Agility" required to exceed monthly targets and represent the brand with professional excellence.
Requirements:
1. Orchestration & Lead Governance
Visibility Sovereignty: Market and sell company properties to prospective clients with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Market Penetration."
Lead Architecture: Generate high-fidelity leads through field marketing, digital channels, and referral networks, providing the "Structural Foundation" for a robust sales pipeline.
Integrity Stewardship: Represent the company professionally at all times, ensuring the "Source of Brand Reputation" is elite and uncompromised.
2. Tactical Resilience & Conversion Logic
Closing Sovereignty: Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through relentless follow-up and high-speed negotiation, acting as the primary "Source of Revenue Growth."
Relationship Architecture: Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing the "Functional Foundation" for long-term loyalty and repeat business.
Velocity Logic: Utilize Field and Digital Marketing hybrid strategies to accelerate the transition from lead to closed sale, maximizing the "Source of Commercial Throughput."
