We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Description:
- Identify, qualify & close B2B partnerships with hotels, tour operators, airlines, and travel agencies across Nigeria & beyond
- Develop strategic sales plans to grow our client base & market share
- Manage end-to-end deal cycles — from pitching to contract signing & onboarding
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders & decision-makers in the travel ecosystem
- Track KPIs, report pipeline progress, and optimize conversion rates
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and ops teams to align BD efforts with company goals.
Requirements:
- Min. 2 years proven experience in Business Development within the travel industry
- Experience negotiating contracts & managing partner relationships
- Excellent communication & presentation skills — you can sell sunshine to a storm cloud
- Tech-savvy — comfortable using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Hungry, resilient, and obsessed with driving growth — no “I’ll try” — only “I’ll deliver”
- Willing to travel locally & regionally for client meetings & industry events.
Salary
