Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Business Development Manager to anchor the growth engine of our Oil & Gas operations. In a specialized industrial landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the bid cycle and the precision of the technical proposal success is defined by "Commercial Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize market trends with the clinical precision required for Technical-Commercial Integration, Relationship Architecture, and Revenue Growth. This role is designed for a "Growth Architect", specifically an Engineering or Business graduate with 7–10 years of experience who can blend "Commercial Grit" (leading contract negotiations and securing deals with IOCs and EPCs) with the "Strategic Agility" required to conduct deep-market research and competitor analysis.
Requirements:
1. Orchestration & Relationship Governance
Growth Sovereignty: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the O&G sector with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Market Expansion."
Network Architecture: Build and maintain strong relationships with IOCs, EPCs, and key stakeholders, providing the "Structural Foundation" for strategic partnerships.
Integrity Stewardship: Represent the company at industry events and networking platforms, ensuring the "Source of Brand Reputation" is elite and uncompromised.
2. Tactical Resilience & Proposal Logic
Proposal Sovereignty: Drive the preparation and submission of high-fidelity technical and commercial proposals, acting as the primary "Source of Bid Excellence."
Negotiation Architecture: Lead contract negotiations and support deal closure to secure advantageous terms, providing the "Functional Foundation" for revenue security.
Intelligence Stewardship: Conduct market research and competitor analysis, maintaining the "Source of Strategic Positioning."
3. Operational Integrity & Solution Power
Collaboration Sovereignty: Partner with engineering, operations, and finance teams to deliver integrated client solutions, acting as the primary "Source of Cross-Functional Alignment."
Regulatory Architecture: Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to inform business strategy, providing the "Relational Foundation" for long-term compliance and opportunity.
Velocity Logic: Utilize 7–10 years of O&G industry experience to accelerate the "Lead-to-Contract" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Commercial Throughput."
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Experience: 7 – 10 years of business development experience specifically within the Oil & Gas industry.
Network Power: Proven track record of winning contracts and a strong existing network within the industry.
Technical Power: Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and proposal development software.
