We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• Spearhead the strategy and execution of creative and marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with creative designers, copywriters, and marketing teams to deliver world-class creative and solutions.
• Manage print and digital branding projects from concept to delivery.
• Take charge of brainstorming sessions and creative presentations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring clear communication and strong relationship management.
• Understand client objectives, translate them into actionable briefs, and liaise with the creative/production teams for execution.
• Monitor ongoing projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Prepare and present regular updates/reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Track and coordinate project deliverables, ensuring smooth workflow across teams.
• Conduct market and competitor research to support client strategies and internal campaigns.
• Take charge of event activations, promotional campaigns, and brand visibility projects.
• Maintain proper documentation of projects, campaigns, and client feedback.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Branding, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years’ experience in brand management, marketing, client services, or agency environment
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking ability.
• Creativity with an eye for detail and design.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite; familiarity with digital marketing tools is a plus.
