Job Description:

We are seeking a high-performing, results-driven Sales Executive to lead our market expansion in the renewable energy and power backup sector. In this role, you will be responsible for the full sales lifecycle of critical power infrastructure—including UPS, Inverters, AVRs, and Batteries. You will bridge the gap between technical power needs and commercial solutions, identifying new business opportunities and nurturing high-value client relationships. This role is ideal for a proactive professional with deep industry knowledge who can translate complex power specifications into clear, value-driven proposals for corporate and residential clients.

 

Requirements:

1. Strategic Business Development

  • Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new B2B and B2C business opportunities through rigorous market research and professional networking.

  • Sales Execution: Develop and execute strategic sales plans designed to consistently exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

  • Industry Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities and emerging energy trends to position our solutions as the preferred choice in the market.

2. Technical Product Advocacy

  • Solution Selling: Promote and sell a comprehensive range of power solutions, including UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply), Inverters, Automatic Voltage Regulators (AVRs), and high-capacity Batteries.

  • Consultative Approach: Work closely with clients to assess their specific load requirements and recommend the most efficient power backup configurations.

  • Presentations: Deliver high-impact technical presentations to key stakeholders, demonstrating the ROI and reliability of our power systems.

3. Relationship & Performance Management

  • Account Stewardship: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners to ensure high retention and referral rates.

  • Reporting: Prepare and submit detailed sales reports, pipeline updates, and market feedback to senior management.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with technical teams to ensure seamless delivery and installation of sold solutions.

Qualifications and Skills:

Mandatory Criteria

  • Gender Requirement: Female 

  • Location: Residence in or very close to Surulere, Lagos is strongly preferred for ease of commute.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Electrical Engineering, or Social Sciences.

Experience & Skills

  • Industry Tenure: Minimum of 3 years proven sales experience specifically within the Renewable Energy or Power industry.

  • Technical Knowledge: Strong foundational understanding of power backup components and how they integrate into residential/commercial grids.

  • Communication: Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills with a professional demeanor.

  • Digital Literacy: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and proposals.
