Job Description:
- Assist in Internal Audits: Participate in planning and executing internal audits across various departments, focusing on operational, financial, and compliance aspects.
- Conduct Audit Testing: Perform comprehensive audit testing and document procedures in line with established audit programs to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Analyze Business Processes: Evaluate business processes to identify control weaknesses, risks, and opportunities for improvement, enhancing overall operational effectiveness.
- Prepare Audit Reports: Create clear and concise audit documentation and reports that outline findings and actionable recommendations for management.
- Follow Up on Findings: Ensure previous audit findings are addressed by following up on corrective actions and verifying implementation across departments.
Requirements:
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with audit/accounting software to facilitate efficient audits.
- Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple audit projects effectively.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present findings clearly to stakeholders.
- Team Player: Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, with a willingness to travel to warehouses, ports, or branch offices as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
- Experience: 0-2 years of relevant experience in audit or accounting; prior experience in logistics or supply chain is a plus.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for assessing financial and operational risks.
