Job Description:
The Luvanex Foundation is seeking a dedicated and spiritually aligned Administrative & Community Coordinator. This multifaceted role serves as the operational backbone and the heart of our community engagement efforts. You will be responsible for ensuring that our day-to-day administrative processes run with professional excellence while simultaneously acting as a bridge to the Tribe, King’s Arrow, and Kings & Priests communities. Requirements:
1. Administrative Excellence & Operations
First Point of Contact: Serve as a welcoming, professional face for the foundation, managing all incoming communications and routing inquiries with discernment.
Process Management: Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, from coordinating high-level meetings and taking minutes to managing vendor relationships and office supplies.
Financial Support: Support basic bookkeeping, including tracking invoices, managing expense reports, and ensuring vendor payments are streamlined.
Data Stewardship: Maintain rigorous digital and physical filing systems, ensuring all organizational records and databases are accurate and up-to-date.
2. Community Growth & Integration
Lead Management: Proactively respond to new member leads from social media, conducting interviews and managing the intake process (forms, WhatsApp group integration) with care.
Community Pulse: Actively engage with the Tribe, King’s Arrow, and Kings & Priests communities, maintaining a strong "pulse" on member needs and escalating concerns to management.
Stakeholder Alignment: Work closely with Ministry Heads and Unit Leaders to ensure all community activities remain deeply aligned with the Foundation’s vision and values.
Program Logistics: Provide end-to-end logistical support for community programs, outreach events, and ministry meetings.
3. Research & Continuous Improvement
Feedback Loops: Study and gather feedback from members to identify new opportunities to serve and integrate the communities more effectively.
Attendance & Logging: Maintain meticulous attendance logs and communication lists to track the health and growth of each community unit.
Qualifications and Skills:
Faith & Values
Spiritual Alignment: A strong personal Christian faith and deep alignment with the mission, values, and beliefs of the Luvanex Foundation.
Integrity: Proven ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive community and organizational information with discretion.
Experience & Skills
Proven Tenure: 3–5 years of experience in administration or operations, specifically within a nonprofit, ministry, or community-based organization.
Technical Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic database management systems.
Interpersonal Mastery: Exceptional relationship-building skills with a "people-first" approach to problem-solving and coordination.
