Job Description:

  • Manage day‑to‑day office activities, facilities, security, and vendor relationships.
  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, leave management, and staff records.
  • Maintain accurate filing of contracts, leases, permits, and other legal documents.
  • Communication Hub: Act as the first point of contact for internal and external queries; coordinate meetings, property viewings, and team briefings.
  • Provide administrative backup to sales executives so they can focus on closing deals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2‑3 years of administrative or office‑management experience, preferably in real estate or a service‑oriented industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities; excellent attention to detail.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Salary

N80,000 - N100,000 / Month.
