Job Description:
- Manage day‑to‑day office activities, facilities, security, and vendor relationships.
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, leave management, and staff records.
- Maintain accurate filing of contracts, leases, permits, and other legal documents.
- Communication Hub: Act as the first point of contact for internal and external queries; coordinate meetings, property viewings, and team briefings.
- Provide administrative backup to sales executives so they can focus on closing deals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2‑3 years of administrative or office‑management experience, preferably in real estate or a service‑oriented industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities; excellent attention to detail.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Salary
