Job Description:

• The Accountant will manage all aspects of financial reporting, bookkeeping, tax compliance, and payroll while supporting management in key financial decisions.
• You’ll be responsible for maintaining transparency, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and helping drive the company’s financial health as it continues to expand its footprint in the luxury real estate and hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ledgers, and statements.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Handle accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger reconciliations.
• Manage payroll processing and ensure statutory deductions (PAYE, pension, taxes) are up to date.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and expense management processes.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws and coordinate with external auditors when required.
• Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or Zoho Books).
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Integrity, accuracy, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience, preferably in hospitality, real estate, or a service-based industry.
• Professional certification (ICAN, ACCA, or equivalent) is an advantage.
