Job Description:

• Maintain accurate financial records for assigned projects from initiation to completion.
• Track project costs against budgets and highlight variances.
• Prepare and present monthly project accounts and reports to management and clients.
• Process and monitor project-related payments (contractors, suppliers, consultants).
• Ensure compliance with contractual terms, company policies, and regulatory standards.
• Liaise with project managers, site engineers, procurement, and clients to align financial reporting with project progress.
• Support audits, project valuations, and reconciliations.
• Manage project cash flow, forecasts, and fund utilization schedules.
• Prepare invoices for clients and follow up on receivables.
• Endorsement of payment raised on PV after checking and confirming the correctness of figures and entries.
• Participate in all bidding process.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
• To Liaise with FIRS on Credit Note and any other correspondence.
• Any other assignment as it may be assigned by the CEO or the Management.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and Nigerian tax laws.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks, or Tally) and MS Excel.
• High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Professional qualification (ICAN, ACCA, or equivalent) is required or in progress.
• Minimum of 3–5 years’ accounting experience.
