Job Description:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and reconciliations

• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements and management reports for decision-making

• Monitor cash flow, inventory transactions, and financial performance in line with company objectives

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and internal accounting policies

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes

• Liaise with external auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies when required

• Maintain accurate financial documentation and ensure timely filing of statutory returns

• Provide financial insights to management to support strategic decision-making

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Accountant, preferably in the technology, retail, or FMCG sector

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards

• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• Professional certification (ICAN, ACCA, or equivalent) is an added advantage
