Job Description:
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
Reconcile bank statements and manage petty cash to ensure proper financial tracking.
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations, accounting standards, and company policies.
Provide administrative support, including correspondence, filing, and office management.
Coordinate with vendors, clients, and staff on finance and administrative matters to streamline operations.
Requirements:
Solid understanding of accounting principles and proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for seamless collaboration.
Qualifications and Skills:
B.Sc. or HND degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, or administrative roles.
