About Company:

Crown Aegis is a Micro Finance Institution (MFI) with the objective of empowerment and alleviating poverty through the provision of financial solutions to the micro and small entrepreneurs, traders, artisans, and farmers, etc.

Job Description:

• Collect Contributions: Efficiently collect micro-savings contributions from clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all transactions.
• Customer Interaction: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of all collections and transactions, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Report Generation: Prepare and submit regular reports on collection status and client feedback to management.
• Compliance: Adhere to all company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Requirements:

Qualifications and Skills:

• Educational background: NCE, OND, HND
• Serving Corp members in Lagos can also apply
• Experience: Previous experience in a similar role or in financial services is an advantage.
• Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and support clients effectively.
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in handling financial transactions and maintaining records.
• Integrity: Demonstrated integrity and reliability in managing financial responsibilities.
