Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Account Management Supervisor to lead our client relationship strategy. You will serve as the primary link between our customers and our internal cross-functional teams, ensuring that our solutions consistently meet client objectives. This is a growth-focused leadership role where you will be responsible for not only retaining our portfolio but actively expanding it through strategic upselling and a relentless commitment to service excellence.
Requirements:
Relationship Stewardship: Build and nurture long-term, "Trusted Advisor" relationships with a portfolio of clients. Act as the primary point of contact for all major communications.
Strategic Delivery: Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions based on individual client needs and KPIs.
Revenue Growth: Proactively identify and execute cross-selling and upselling opportunities within your existing portfolio to drive revenue growth.
Retention & Win-Back: Monitor account health, lead proactive retention initiatives, and manage "win-back" programs for former or at-risk accounts.
Proactive Engagement: Lead daily proactive calling routines to conduct customer surveys, identify pain points, and gather actionable feedback.
Internal Liaison: Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Technical Support) to ensure client requirements are met. You will be the first point of escalation for challenging requests or high-stakes issues.
Reporting & Communication: Regularly communicate initiative progress to internal and external stakeholders, providing clear insights into account status and growth opportunities.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, or in a similar sales/relationship management role.
Technical Proficiency:
Solid, hands-on experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or HubSpot).
Advanced proficiency in MS Office (specifically MS Excel) for tracking and reporting.
Key Competencies:
Communication: Exceptional listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Conflict Resolution: Proven ability to handle "difficult conversations" with grace and professionalism.
Operational Rigor: Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment with high attention to detail.
