Job Description:

The Arcade Engineering Graduate Trainee Programme 2026 is designed to equip young engineering graduates with the technical expertise and professional skills needed to excel in today’s competitive industrial landscape. Through hands-on training, mentorship, and project-based learning, trainees will gain real-world exposure across key engineering disciplines, including Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical Engineering. The programme provides an opportunity to work with experienced professionals, develop problem-solving abilities, and build a strong foundation for a successful engineering career with one of Nigeria’s leading project delivery firms.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university with a minimum of First Class in any of the following disciplines:
  • Engineering: Civil, Mechanical & Electrical.
• Completion of NYSC with a valid certificate or exemption letter.
• Not more than 0-2 years post-graduation experience.
•  Age: Not more than 25 years by 31st December,
