Job Description:

We are seeking a highly capable, career-minded Warehouse Superintendent to lead our facility operations in Port Harcourt. You will be the strategic lead for our warehouse, responsible for driving peak efficiency, optimizing storage and logistics systems, and ensuring our operations consistently meet the high-stakes demands of the drilling services sector. Requirements:

• Operational Excellence: Supervise, organize, and direct warehouse personnel to ensure peak efficiency, with a relentless focus on customer satisfaction.

• System Development: Design and implement robust warehouse operation systems, including product handling protocols, storage requirements, equipment utilization, and efficient gate processes.

• Inventory Management: Establish and monitor advanced inventory control systems to ensure accuracy, security, and accessibility.

• Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and lead warehouse staff, fostering a culture of safety, high performance, and continuous improvement.

• Performance Monitoring: Set departmental goals, monitor key operational KPIs, and manage day-to-day activities to ensure objectives are met or exceeded.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: A Degree in Engineering, Science, Education, or a related discipline.

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience specifically relating to drilling services.
