Job Description:

The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for the efficient management, coordination, and supervision of five (5) distinct warehouse facilities inside the premises : the Main Warehouse, Annex Warehouse, Hanger Warehouse, Nikko Warehouse, and the New Warehouse.

Requirements:

  • Multi-Site Operational Leadership: Direct daily operations across all five warehouse locations. Develop and enforce standardized SOPs for receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch to ensure total operational synergy.

  • Inventory Precision: Maintain 100% data accuracy through rigorous SAP integration. Oversee daily cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies, and enforce FIFO and FEFO principles to protect raw materials (flour, oil, seasonings, etc.) and finished noodle products.

  • Strategic Optimization: Continuously monitor capacity utilization across all sites and implement strategies to optimize storage space and workflow efficiency.

  • Safety & Regulatory Stewardship: Serve as the guardian of facility compliance. Enforce strict adherence to NAFDAC, SON, and MANCAP standards. Partner with the HSE officer to conduct regular safety audits, risk assessments, and emergency preparedness drills.

  • Team Development: Train, mentor, and supervise a large warehouse workforce. Build a culture of accountability, efficiency, and safety.

  • Waste Mitigation: Proactively identify and eliminate causes of stock loss, damage, and shrinkage.

Qualifications and Skills:

 

  • Education: HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience: 5–8 years of robust work experience in warehouse or supply chain management, ideally within a manufacturing or FMCG environment.

  • Technical Proficiency: Extensive experience with SAP or comparable ERP/Inventory Management Systems.
